From its retro proportions to its kaleidoscopic display of burl wood, the piece feels plucked out of a home in the Hollywood Hills, circa the 1970s. And though that speaks to its bohemian, organic glamour, the Kaisha is distinctly modern in its craftsmanship. A fine coat of veneer gives the light wood a glossy, fresh finish, with a veneered oak interior featuring two adjustable shelves for storage and organization. The four doors open gently on european hinges and can be customized with your choice of metallic pulls. Boasting back openings for chords, the Kaisha can even be put to good use in an entertaining area, topped with (or tastefully hiding away) electronics, lighting, or a particularly fitting record player.
