Our Design Pros not only are contributors to our blog for our readers enjoyment and education but are available to help with full service interior design. While we strive to offer various levels of design service from our DIY tool Daizy and Home Style Fix via our concierges, we know nothing can take the place of a talented interior designer and want to show respect and love for the interior design community.

Born from a love of interior design, event design and traveling the globe, designer Vanessa Van Wieren founded Alchemy Fine Home with the goal of sharing her passion for 'Living, Dining and Celebrating in Style'. After studying fine art painting, Vanessa continued her education & career with interior design working on luxury residential projects in San Diego. She eventually began combining her passion for art and interiors with fine events and planned weddings and events locally and world wide. In 2015 she founded Alchemy Fine Home after living and working in Europe and continues to grow the business by curating furniture and decor from artisans around the globe.
