The Donatello Side Table harkens back to the styles of handmade furniture in the earliest Sika Design sketches and photographs. Its clean lines and minimalist aesthetic create a style that will last like the durable rattan from which they are crafted. The side table pairs well with the Donatello chair and sofa, as well as the Caroline chair and sofa.
Rattan is strong, lightweight, flexible, and durable. Rattan is a natural climbing plant that grows in the Indonesian rainforest, without disturbing the existing structure and balance in the rainforest. Our skilled workers craft each piece of Rattan furniture by hand. Rattan frame will weather over time to a silvery patina and if the original natural rattan look is desired, rub with linseed oil.
