Small orders that are qualified for parcel shipment will ship via ground shipping. Furniture and larger items will ship via freight with threshold delivery service. Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days for ground shipping and up to 15 - 20 business days for freight delivery to arrive after it leaves the warehouse. This item is eligible for return with a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Refunds will be less the re-stocking fee and original shipping charges. Items must be returned undamaged using the original packaging and must have a Return Authorization Number which will be provided by Customer Service. You can also redeem a store credit for your return to have the restocking fee waived. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation fees will be waived if the item hasn't shipped past 15 business days beyond the expected shipping date
