Orders amounting to $149 and up are eligible for our Free Shipping offer. Sale and Overweight items (200lbs and up) are excluded from our Free Shipping Offer. Small orders that are qualified for parcel shipment will ship via ground shipping. Furniture and larger items will ship via freight with threshold delivery service. When in stock, order processing will take up to 3-5 days for ground shipping and up to 5-10 business days for Freight items. Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days for ground shipping and up to 15 - 20 business days for freight delivery to arrive after it leaves the warehouse. Backordered items may take up to 4-6 weeks or more to become available and ready to ship. Please contact customer service for more details on backordered items. This item is eligible for return with a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Refunds will be less the re-stocking fee and original shipping charges. Items must be returned undamaged using the original packaging and must have a Return Authorization Number provided by Customer Service.
You can also redeem a store credit for your return to have the restocking fee waived.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation fees will be waived if the item hasn't shipped past 15 business days beyond the expected shipping date
