- Care and Use: Alabaster care instructions: For long term conservation of the product, it should be cleaned with a dry cloth using neural products normally used for wooden furniture (SC Johnson "Pronto Classic" is recommended). Do not use acids or any hard cleaning material, as it may scratch or damage the protective treatment. Do not put in the dishwasher. Accidental falling of hard and/or sharp materials on the stone may damage the surface. Alabaster is a natural stone, every piece is different in veins and tones of the color; for this reason, every piece is a unique piece of art. Every piece is handmade, therefore little surface defects must be considered as an additional value.

Orders amounting to $149 and up are eligible for our Free Shipping offer. Sale and Overweight items (200lbs and up) are excluded from our Free Shipping Offer. Small orders that are qualified for parcel shipment will ship via ground shipping. Furniture and larger items will ship via freight with threshold delivery service. When in stock, order processing will take up to 3-5 days for ground shipping and up to 5-10 business days for Freight items. Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days for ground shipping and up to 15 - 20 business days for freight delivery to arrive after it leaves the warehouse. Backordered items may take up to 4-6 weeks or more to become available and ready to ship. Please contact customer service for more details on backordered items. This item is eligible for return with a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days after delivery. Refunds will be less the re-stocking fee and original shipping charges. Items must be returned undamaged using the original packaging and must have a Return Authorization Number which will be provided by Customer Service.
You can also redeem a store credit for your return to have the restocking fee waived.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation fees will be waived if the item hasn't shipped past 15 business days beyond the expected shipping date
