Items must be returned undamaged using the original packaging and must have a Return Authorization Number provided by Customer Service. You can also redeem a store credit for your return to have the restocking fee waived. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 15% cancellation fee and will be deducted from your refund.
